The roof assembly consists of 30 inch (750 mm)-deep parallel chord trusses dense-packed with cellulose insulation. Most of the roof is a standing seam metal roof with two flat roof areas covered with a thermoplastic PVC monolithic membrane, locally pitched to scuppers on the flat roof.
